Welcome to The Harbor on Fisherman Bay Maintenance Corporation (HMC) official information site. Commonly referred to as Whiskey Hill, the HMC is an enclave of private residences on Lopez Island, Washington.

Located on a hill overlooking Fisherman Bay, Whiskey Hill provides a setting for a relaxed lifestyle, and yet offers a degree of privacy that the residents both value and enjoy. Paved roads, an excellent community potable water system, fiber optic network infrastructure to all residences, and priority access to the HOA's private dock are just a few of the amenities that make our Whiskey Hill development unique and special.

This is the official site of the HMC Homeowners Association. It provides a digital avenue through which residents and prospective owners may obtain information about our organizational structure and policies. Information with potential privacy concerns such as our HOA membership list or Board Meeting minutes, may be made available to HOA members only, on a case-by-case basis, by approval of requests to the Board.
